We're glad you stopped by our home on the web. Let us encourage you and your family to stop by on a Sunday morning to meet us in person.
Spend as much time as you need looking through the site, and if there's something we didn't answer, we'd be happy to chat with you by phone or email.
The year 2013 was Redeemer's 145 year anniversary, with the cornerstone laid 125 years ago on what was to become Redeemers first church building.
Youth from Redeemer and Grace Lutheran Churches gathered together to get ready to go on their weekend adventure at Youth Quake. This year it was at the Sheraton in Station Square. It seemed as though everyone had a good time learned a lot and can't wait till next year.
Our Designated Outreach is, Bethesda Home, please remember that Redeemer's own Pastor Susan Irons is currently on Bethesda's Board.
John and Suellen Ulicny were united in marriage on 11/28/64 and just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They are longtime members here at Redeemer and we wish them many, many more anniversaries.
We are pleased to have you join us in the worship of God today. You would be welcome to become part of our Faith-Family here at Redeemer should you have no permanent church-home in this community. You may see people dressed very casually, in jeans and t-shirts or dresses, either is fine. We are Proud to be a totally handicapped accessible church and all our welcome. We have a growing Sunday School for the Children and many Children's Activities. Please sign the guest book in the Narthex and speak to the Pastor after worship, should you have questions about membership. You are most welcome here!
We have Sunday School during our Sunday Worship Service. The children have lessons, crafts and various projects. We always depart with a positive thought and a snack as well as something from the treasure chest. We have VBS with other churches in our area. We have things like a children's Easter, Halloween parties as well as passing out bags of treats, movie nights, caroling with a horse and carriage taking us through the streets of Monaca. We share in many events with our Methodist and Presbyterian friends. We also do a weekly event called Wild Wednesdays with our friends over at Grace Lutheran. We alternate week for hosting the event. It is dinner at 6:00 PM and then singing and off for the kids to learn and have fun. Adult Bible study every Wed. at 7:00 PM. Many other events are planned. *** ALL ARE WELCOME***
